This program has a term of three years with an option to renew after the third year.

To renew your Certified Healthcare Trustee designation you must:

  • Be previously certified by THT for the term prior.
  • Complete 12 hours of continuing education by approved sources.
  • Submit the application fee of $100 (members) or $150 (non-members) at time of knowledge assessment.
  • Pass the knowledge assessment (three opportunities to pass).
  • CEO must approve and sign off.
  • Submit all materials to THT.
