Ashley Bellew serves as the senior administration manager at OakBend Medical Center, where she oversees administration, marketing and development initiatives. OakBend Medical Center is the last remaining independent nonprofit hospital in the Greater Houston area, serving Fort Bend County and surrounding communities at its hospitals, emergency centers, surgery centers, physical therapy clinics, physician offices, and more.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in child and family development from Stephen F. Austin State University, Bellew brings a unique blend of expertise in both organizational management and human behavior to her role. Throughout her academic journey, she actively engaged in internships and volunteer work, demonstrating her commitment to community and health care advocacy. Bellew contributed her time and skills to organizations such as Business Professionals of America, Health Occupations Students of America, Texas Children’s Hospital, Southeast Memorial, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, Devereaux Texas Treatment Network, and Head Start.
Bellew’s dedication to excellence has been recognized through various awards and certifications, including memberships in the National Honor Society, placement on the Dean’s List, and induction into Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. She also received the Certificate of Achievement for the National Outstanding Student Achievement Award, and in 2024, she was honored with the prestigious Magnificent 7 award from Prayers of the People, highlighting her outstanding contributions and leadership within the community.
